英文申請信格式標準：
1、信頭(Heading)：
包括寫信人地址和寫信日期，通常寫在信箋的右上角。在比較熟識的朋友之間的通信，寫信人的地址?？陕匀ァ５刂返膶懛ㄍǔＪ怯尚〉酱?，如：門牌號、街道名、市(縣)名、省名、國名(郵政編碼通常寫在城市名之后)。

這同中文書信的地址寫法完全相反。日期寫在地址的下方，可以寫1-3行。通常有下列兩種寫法(a)月、日、年(美式)，如August?15,?200_；(b)日、月、年(英式)，如15th?august,?200_?，月、日的后面用逗號，年份后面不用標點。
2、稱呼(Salutation)：
指寫信人對收信人的稱呼，如Dear?Xiaojun寫在日期下一兩行，頂格寫，稱呼后面可用逗號，也可用冒號，一般用Dear...或My?dear...開頭。
3、正文(Body)：
這是書信的主體部分，即寫信人要表達的內容。正文一般在稱呼下方隔兩行處開始寫，正文的首行左邊一般留約5個字母寬的空白。

它是書信結尾的恭維話，相當于文中書信最后的“視好”，“致禮”之類的話語。如“Best?wishes"等
5、簽名(Signature)：
簽名通常簽在結束語下方的中間偏右的位置，即使是打寫機打出的信件，最后仍需親筆簽名，簽名由寫信人和收信人的關系和親疏程度而定，一般只需寫名不寫姓，但若用了較莊重的結尾套語，此時可簽全名。
在簽名的上方可根據寫信人和收信人的關系寫Sincerely?yours/?Yours?sincerely(用于長輩或朋友之間)，或Respectfully?yours/Yours?respectfully(用于對長輩或上級)，注意開頭字母要大寫，末尾要用逗號。
